About us

Alison Graham, ACMA


Alison is a highly-motivated and enthusiastic finance professional with a true passion for process improvement and systems. Her career has also taken her to many international locations to deliver projects, implement systems, and train and support end users. She has over 30 years' practical experience in Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries with projects covering not only Finance, but anything from full site system implementations to Supply Chain, Shared Services and Manufacturing projects. Alison brings her creativity, energy and experience to projects to deliver optimised business processes.


Alison has delivered many process improvement projects for me in a complex manufacturing environment and across different geographies. These have included ERP implementations and enhancements as well as the establishment of Global Business Services. She has a thorough knowledge of best practice implementation of SAP financials supported by a good understanding of reporting requirements through her background as a Chartered Management Accountant. Her approach to delivering solutions is thoroughly planned, pragmatic, process focused and results driven.

Thomas Adams, BSc (Hons)


Thomas is an experienced and highly-motivated IT professional specialising in business transformation projects. A lifelong interest in the application of technology has led him to a number of challenging roles as Developer, System Architect, Development Manager and Consultant. He has over 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Aviation delivering a wide range of projects from robotic applications to Supply Chain solutions. Thomas combines an ability to listen to customer needs with a well-informed opinion on how to design, develop and deliver solutions to specification and budget.


Thomas has a strong track record in delivering successful projects in ICT for business improvement. In particular, he has delivered automated IT solutions for process improvements in multi-sector manufacturing environments. He has strong System Architecture and Software Development skills, and understands the varied enterprise software requirements of businesses both large and small. Thomas has a parfocal approach to project development; he is able to look at the fine detail while never losing sight of the big picture.
